I’ve worked fast-paced customer service roles in Baton Rouge, handling checkout and guest-facing tasks across Walmart, Holiday Inn, and Ballys. At Walmart, I supported about 63 daily customers by answering questions at the register and keeping lines moving.

During peak hours, I’ve assisted larger teams—like supporting 8 cashiers at Walmart to reduce wait times—and managed the front-of-house rhythm as a server.
