At TRICARE, I collect and analyze performance data for clinical documentation integrity and quality initiatives, monitor quality indicators and patient safety outcomes, and lead projects focused on documentation accuracy and compliance.
Previously, I conducted remote Clinical Documentation Improvement audits and virtual education sessions to improve documentation quality. At Molina Healthcare of Texas, I completed CDI reviews and chart audits, analyzed HEDIS measures, and identified care gaps.
My work has also included telehealth assessments at United Healthcare and hospice case management at Care Hospice. I bring experience in remote assessments, utilization management review, managed care, and clinical documentation systems including Epic and Cerner.
