As a dedicated Communications & Operations Project Manager, I have honed my skills in team building, project management, and logistical support over the past decade. My journey began at Trader Joe’s, where I managed teams of over 30 crew members, ensuring high standards of customer engagement and operational efficiency. This experience laid the foundation for my subsequent roles in non-profit management and small business operations.

Currently, I co-own ChiliCrisps4SpicyLips LLC, where I lead brand creation and marketing efforts for our small-batch chili oil products. My role involves everything from food preparation to social media management, allowing me to blend my passion for food with my expertise in operations. Additionally, my time at VietLead as an Operations Manager has equipped me with the skills to manage budgets, oversee recruitment processes, and coordinate events that engage our community effectively.
