I’m an Industry Pharmacist and Clinical Investigational Pharmacist with 18+ years of progressive experience supporting global Phase I–III clinical trials. I focus on real-time clinical trial safety surveillance, safety signal evaluation, and clear, compliant documentation of serious adverse events.

My work spans pharmacovigilance, adverse event analysis, and regulatory compliance in highly regulated environments. I author detailed SAE narratives aligned with ICH, FDA, and EMA requirements, and I maintain audit readiness for study safety deliverables and inspection preparedness.

Across my career, I’ve also delivered Medication Therapy Management and clinical pharmacy leadership, partnering with providers and patients to improve therapeutic outcomes.
