Lina El-Ghrawi

I am a licensed pharmacist with six years of retail pharmacy leadership experience, committed to patient safety and effective drug management. I combine clinical knowledge with practical management skills to drive measurable results.

As a Pharmacy Manager and later a Leader at CVS Health, I led large teams, hired and trained staff, and created driven workplace cultures that improved performance in challenging environments. I oversaw immunization programs and district-level initiatives to promote community safety during the COVID epidemic.

My clinical strengths include evaluating drug interactions and side effects, learning new therapies and integrating them into patient regimens, and overseeing trainees such as interns and Ph.D. candidates. I hold an active Pharmacist License and Controlled Substance License valid through August 2027.
