Bijal Patel

I am a licensed pharmacist with experience across retail, independent, nuclear, ambulatory care, and hospital pharmacy settings, committed to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care. I graduated with a PharmD in May 2023 and hold an active Texas pharmacist license.

In leadership roles I oversaw pharmacy operations, compliance with TSBP and DEA, controlled substance management, and inventory processes while implementing clinical services such as immunizations and MTMs. At a high-volume retail pharmacy I consistently processed 300+ prescriptions daily, counseled patients, administered vaccinations, and resolved insurance and prior authorization issues.

My clinical internships provided diverse hands-on experience in nuclear pharmacy, ambulatory care, acute care, and MTM programs, strengthening my medication therapy management, clinical counseling, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills. I maintain certifications in pharmacy immunization delivery, enhanced patient care, BLS/CPR, and PACS.

I am passionate about applying a patient-centered, evidence-based approach to optimize medication therapy, improve health outcomes, and contribute to high-quality healthcare delivery in a clinical-focused pharmacist role.
