What I'm looking for

I seek a patient-centered role using my home health, outpatient, and telehealth expertise with opportunities for clinical leadership, research collaboration, and professional growth.

I am a licensed occupational therapist with extensive experience delivering home health, outpatient, skilled nursing, and virtual services across adult populations.

I evaluate clients, establish individualized plans of care, implement therapeutic interventions, and track outcomes using objective measures; I have provided modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, diathermy, phonophoresis, iontophoresis, and myofascial release.

I have managed and coached therapy staff, served as an interventionist and research coach for breast cancer survivorship studies, and completed an OTD with a low-vision certificate and a 4.0 GPA.

I bring consistent clinical rigor, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient-centered problem solving to improve function and meaningful occupation for adults with diagnoses including CVA, dementia, TBI, joint replacement, fractures, and general debility.
