I seek leadership roles in education or nonprofit organizations where I can design curriculum, secure funding, and build workforce training programs with measurable community impact.

I am an education and leadership development professional with deep experience designing curriculum, securing grants, and implementing workforce training programs. I have led education initiatives in Tanzania and the U.S., focusing on practical job skills, hospitality, and specialty coffee industry training.

My strengths include grant and resource development, curriculum and instructional design, and organizational leadership. I co-founded and operate Harakati, oversee strategic direction at Catherine Katala Designs, and previously served as Director of Education at Neema House, managing programs from conception through assessment.

I bring a conscious approach to staff growth, savings-and-loan program implementation, and partnerships that create internship and employment pathways. I pursue measurable impact through research-informed program design and collaborative stakeholder engagement.
