My undergraduate degree at the University of Glasgow sparked my interest in digital marketing, especially social media strategy and using data to improve engagement. My dissertation explored User-Generated Content and its effects on purchase intentions, including how hashtags can foster loyalty and community.

For the Google StepUp Digital Marketing Challenge, I built a budget-aware campaign plan with channel strategy, content ideas, and KPIs. I used Excel and basic analytics to segment audiences and recommend actions, then presented the plan in a concise deck with brand-aligned messaging.

Through the Future Asset investment competition, I researched and presented a stock pitch. Taking part helped me understand the asset management sector and sparked my interest in how financial services firms communicate their value to diverse audiences.

At Wishaw General Hospital, I work as a Catering Assistant, delivering customer service in a fast-paced setting and coordinating with colleagues across shifts. I enjoy turning audience insights into clear plans across social, email, and web, and writing copy that fits a brand’s voice.
