What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote, professional role where I can apply data entry, data processing, typing, and organizational skills while continuing to learn and develop professionally.

I'm building hands-on experience in accurate data entry, record management, and administrative support across retail and trading environments.

At Central Retail Group, I processed 50–80 transactions per shift and achieved 100% cashier accuracy after reconciliation. I handled cash, bank cards, e-wallets, and QR payments while preparing end-of-shift income and expenditure reports without discrepancies.

I also identified and resolved payment errors, overages, and shortages, supported month-end fund inventory, and helped customers with promotions, loyalty points, and return or exchange policies.

At SaiGon Trading Group, I entered, encoded, classified, verified, and corrected information from paper documents, invoices, and cash receipts. I use Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and record management software, with a typing speed of 60–70 words per minute.
