My recent internship as an ICT Support Intern at Robridge Cybercafe allowed me to gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining computer systems. I provided technical support to customers, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity, which enhanced my problem-solving skills.
