In my current role at Capgemini Technologies India Pvt Ltd., I collaborate with product owners to stay current on intended functionality and features. I conduct regression testing of existing products and deliver lectures on testing techniques, tools, and protocols to internal staff. I also train new test employees and troubleshoot network problems. I have developed comprehensive test plans and optimized test cases to maximize the success of manual software testing. I provide reports on milestones, issues, and test concerns to project managers for assistance.

Prior to my current role, I worked as a Manual Tester at Capgemini Technologies India Pvt Ltd. In this role, I executed test scripts, logged defects, and resolved issues noted in the testing process. I led various testing initiatives, including test-driven development, functional testing, integration testing, system integration testing, and regression testing. I collaborated with multiple teams for testing and release management to achieve high-quality production. I also trained other workers in inspection and testing procedures and investigated customer complaints to take necessary corrective actions.
