What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a position where I can continue developing my expertise in quality assurance and testing automation. I’m excited about working with modern tools and methodologies and also am looking for an organization that provides opportunities to lead and collaborate cross-functionally.

I’ve been in testing field for around 4 years now, In all these years, I’ve worn many hats i.e. of a tester, a team lead and now of a people manager. Currently, as a Consultant I’m handling a team of 7 testers and manages the whole project, communicate with onshore and stakeholders and also collaborate with developers and other involved teams. My interest lies in gaining more experience and take up challenges to further move towards managerial roles.
