Hi! I am Lale Karlığa, an undergraduate student of Industrial Engineering at Istanbul Aydın University. In my academic career, I focused on research and development (R&D), production and sustainability. I developed my analytical thinking and problem-solving skills by conducting various projects and research on these topics.

In the summer of 2024, I interned at the IAU Technology Transfer and Project Management Office and supported the Program Project Coordination processes. This experience allowed me to reinforce my skills in areas such as business plan preparation, problem-solving and financial management. I am currently a category intern in the retail sector at Gratis and I am involved in various tasks such as competitor analysis.

I conducted in-depth studies on energy efficiency in my project, which was accepted to the MX GreenTech Incubation Program organized in cooperation with Marmara University. During this process, I further developed my analytical thinking and research skills. In addition, I contributed to the club activities as the president of the Sustainability Club.

In the future, I aim to contribute to the fields of R&D, sustainability and production and combine my academic studies with my professional life.
