What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and build scalable mobile products where I can shape architecture, improve performance, mentor developers, and deliver practical Flutter solutions for complex real-world workflows.

I've built production-grade Flutter applications at Pace Wisdom Solutions across fintech, AgriTech, SaaS, and enterprise products, improving application performance by 25–30% and reducing crash rates through stronger state management and API handling.

I lead Flutter teams, guide architecture and code reviews, and deliver offline-first, real-time systems including Yamaha PV Portal, Appreciate, Family Grid, PWIP, and Mirror. I've also founded Tathya Tech and built mobile and .NET products spanning lending, vehicle tracking, wallet, inventory, and distribution workflows.
