At Wadhwani AI, I’m the sole full-stack engineer behind MadhuNETrAI, an AI diabetic retinopathy screening platform built with AIIMSDelhi. I took it from pilot to deployment in 100 public-health facilities across 16 states, where it has supported 100K+ screenings.

I designed its Django REST Framework APIs and PostgreSQL data model, and made offline-to-online syncing safe with idempotent APIs and retry handling. I also deployed the backend on Amazon EKS and built an offline-first React.js client that runs ONNX models in the app; I’m now building a second AI screening product on the same architecture.
