I’m a dedicated, certified SAP Fieldglass Functional Consultant with 7+ years of experience transforming business operations. I’m recognized for delivering solutions, resolving issues, and fostering a culture of continuous learning while providing good services to customers.

In my current role as an SAP Fieldglass MSP Functional Consultant, I support MSP operations and implementation activities across requirement analysis, configuration, production support, and global rollouts. I focus on Contingent Workforce Management (CWM), Statement of Work (SOW), and Profile Worker modules, collaborating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver efficient workforce management solutions.

Previously, I worked as an SAP Fieldglass Functional Consultant on end-to-end lifecycle work—from sourcing, engage, manage & pay—covering CWM, SOW, and Profile Worker modules. I helped configure and customize Fieldglass, created and maintained process documentation, prepared FRDs and test scenarios for UAT, and delivered knowledge transfer and end-user training. I also work across vendor management (VMS) processes, rate management, user roles/permissions and SSO, integrations with upstream/downstream applications, and onboarding/offboarding activities, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal disruptions.
