I’m a Cybersecurity Analyst aspirant with hands-on SOC simulation experience, building detections and improving alert quality using SIEM and network/security monitoring tools. I focus on log-based threat detection, alert tuning, and incident workflows that strengthen an organization’s security posture.

In my SOC simulation work, I designed and deployed a full-scale setup using Zeek, Wazuh, and ELK Stack, configured Filebeat ingestion for HTTP/DNS/SSL logs (~10K/day), and developed 15+ correlation rules mapped to MITRE ATT&CK techniques. I reduced false positives by 35%, created incident response playbooks and real-time dashboards, and improved mean time to detect (MTTD) by 25%.

I also bring application and assessment experience: I supported web application security testing targeting OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and documented findings with severity prioritization and CVSS scoring. Alongside security work, I completed an AI/Data Quality Analyst internship where I analyzed 1M+ records, improved dataset reliability by ~25%, and reduced manual validation time by 30% through automated scripts.
