At Softtek, supporting Willis Towers Watson’s Benefits Administration Platform, I own end-to-end QA for enterprise workflows including employee benefits, enrollment, eligibility, leave management, retirement processing, and compensation review.
I build and maintain Selenium WebDriver automation using Java, Cucumber BDD, Maven, TestNG, and Page Object Model. I validate REST APIs with Postman, verify backend data through SQL, and execute functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, mobile, and cross-browser testing through BrowserStack.
I also support Azure migration testing, production release validation, UAT teams, and CI/CD execution through Azure DevOps and Jenkins. Previously, I developed data-driven Selenium regression automation for Pearson’s online learning platform and supported KYC process validation at EY.
