Managed pipeline section for Oil India Rehabilitation Project, overseeing coating refurbishment work for OIL pipelines in Assam, West Bengal, and Bihar.

Coordinated engineering for construction of 3 x 2.2 MW dual fuel DG sets, including erection of chimney, pressure vessels, piping, and thermal insulation at NBPS pump station.

Deputed to Techno Canada Inc for well testing downstream production and pipeline division. Prepared daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports for surface well testing and well flow back services.

Managed tankage and associated works for NRL WAX Project, including construction of 13 overhead tanks.

Managed bitumen emulsion manufacturing plant using cold mix technology. Designed and planned compressed air network, prepared P&IDs and process flow diagrams.

Coordinated construction of natural gas pipelines and power transmission line towers. Managed projects for BCPL, DNPL, and Power Grid.

Handled planning and execution of pipeline projects, preparing QAQC documents for a 72 km cross-country pipeline for ONGC.

Monitored crude oil receipt and dispatch using SCADA, managed tank farm with EntisXL, and ensured quality of wet crude processing. Prepared mass balance statements and supervised preventive maintenance.

Installed and erected pumps, motors, tanks, electrical systems, and control loops for RO projects in NE Region. Checked P&IDs and general arrangement drawings.

Completed Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering in 2002.

Earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Achieved NDT ASNT Level-II certification in UT, MPT, LPT, and RT methods.
