At J&J CONSTRUCTIONS PVT. LTD., I manage execution of the CGD steel pipeline network project in Kannur and Kasargod, from planning through commissioning. My work includes QA/QC, billing, documentation, and coordination with clients and subcontractors.
At INDERJIT MEHTA CONSTRUCTIONS PVT. LTD., I led QA/QC for the Raichur gas pipeline project, inspecting welding, interpreting RT films, and checking coating against ASME/API standards. I also managed a 20 km pipeline project and its HDD, hydrotesting, drying, nitrogen purging, and commissioning work.
At SOUTHERN TELECOM, I performed welding, material, and coating inspections for a CGD pipeline project and handled site execution as site In-charge. I also planned HDD work and coordinated hydrotesting and commissioning.
At SHILPI ENGINEERING PVT. LTD., I worked on underground and aboveground piping for HPCL- VRMP- RUF- VISHAKHAPATNAM, coordinating site operations, welding inspections, material flow, and hydrotesting. I hold a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering, a Diploma in Oil and Gas Technology, and certifications including CSWIP-3.1 Welding Inspector and NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
