At Glenwood Nursing Home, I assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting while preserving their comfort and dignity.
I measure and document vital signs and other observations, and promptly report abnormal findings or changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.
Previously, I provided direct daily care as a Patient Care Assistant at North Alabama Medical Center and as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Amedisys Hospice.
Across these roles, I supported safe transfers and mobility, followed infection-control procedures, and communicated with care teams. At Amedisys Hospice, I also offered companionship and emotional support to patients.
