What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity to apply my data analysis, requirements gathering, project management, and system improvement skills while contributing to an organization’s objectives and growing professionally.

I'm a Business Analyst at Hub360 Solutions, where I coordinate client onboarding and system enhancements, create system manuals, and work with development and QA teams to improve user adoption and functionality.

I use SQL to resolve client queries and system issues, conduct testing to identify bugs, and analyze performance to recommend improvements in efficiency and reliability.

Previously at Deutsche Bank AG, I developed reporting templates using macros and designed an automated ITRS report-generation system with Alteryx to support SBP regulatory compliance. I also gathered requirements, produced BRDs, FRS, and SRS documents, and delivered data insights to senior management.

I'm a Computer Science graduate with hands-on project experience building a digital wallet application and a PHP-based e-commerce website.
