At Elwood Technologies, I built the global People function from scratch as the business scaled from 27 to 200+ employees in 12 months. I established its People operating model and supported international growth across the UK, USA, Europe and APAC.
At Spark Brighter Thinking, I owned the global People agenda across eight countries, embedding the Six Cs values and introducing OKRs. I also delivered £250k+ in annual recruitment agency savings and £100k+ in operational savings through improved systems and processes.
At Flywire, I created Flying Start, a global onboarding programme, and FlyMates, a peer connection programme. I also designed and delivered Managers Taking Flight to develop practical management skills.
Today, through SwiftSure Consulting, I provide hands-on People leadership and advice to growing technology businesses, including regulated financial services and climate technology. I bring CIPD Level 7 and LLB (Hons) qualifications, with expertise in UK employment law, employee relations, culture and People operations.
