Akash Sharma

I’m a Software Developer specializing in building high-performance, scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, Python, and modern web technologies. I have hands-on experience developing full-stack applications, CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, AI-powered tools, REST APIs, and performance-optimized websites.

In my professional experience, I’ve worked across frontend, backend, databases, authentication, payments, analytics, SEO, and deployment. I’ve also delivered measurable performance improvements, including reducing Bookscamel’s initial page weight from 268 MB to 5 MB and Crown Publishing’s landing page from 20 MB to 3 MB.
Beyond professional work, I’ve built projects such as Last 24, a news summarization platform, Resume Riot, an AI-powered resume analyzer, and Nexus, an offline AI chatbot built with Python, Ollama, and LLaMA3.
I’m currently looking for opportunities where I can contribute to meaningful products, solve challenging engineering problems, and continue growing as a full-stack software engineer.
