I lead an intubation research project where I test research participants, observe intubation techniques, and record study data using REDCAP. I also lead writing and compiling of study data and conclusions for a medical science journal publication.
Alongside that work, I conduct undergraduate physical chemistry research, including taking apart and repairing a gas vacuum chamber to establish accurate test results. I adjust laser optics using alignment techniques, operate class V lasers and gas nozzles, and map ions produced from tests on organic substance complexes.
I also support student learning through tutoring and laboratory instruction, adapting teaching approaches to individual learning styles while enforcing safety protocols and providing constructive feedback. Outside the lab, I contribute on an Event Medicine Team by managing emergency medical equipment, caring for patients, and supporting basic life support when needed.
