Kwazi Ngcobo

I am a public health professional with hands-on experience providing HIV testing services, adherence and linkage counselling, and community health education. I currently serve as a Counsellor Linkage Officer at a non-profit health institute, supporting testing, index testing, PrEP/PEP promotion, and retention strategies aligned with national HIV targets.

Earlier, I completed an internship in Strategic Planning at a provincial economic development department where I supported review and alignment of strategic and operational plans, records digital migration, and meeting coordination. I hold a B Tech in Public Management and am pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health while certified as an HIV Testing Services Counselor.

I bring strong communication and public speaking skills, a high work rate, strategic planning experience, and a team-oriented mindset focused on improving health outcomes and linking clients to comprehensive care.
