What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and operate reliable cloud infrastructure, improve observability and automation, and contribute to high-availability production systems.

At DLP Africa, I maintain business-critical systems at 99.5% uptime through proactive monitoring and rapid Tier 1/2 incident resolution.

I've eliminated 70% of manual maintenance work by building Bash automation for patching and log management. I also designed Jira workflows and Confluence SOPs that reduced incident resolution time by 60%.

Previously, at the University of Cape Coast, I designed and deployed a 400+ point network architecture supporting rapid expansion. Through capacity planning and predictive maintenance, I reduced network downtime by 15%.

I'm completing an MSc in Data Science and bring hands-on experience across cloud operations, AWS, Terraform, Linux hardening, observability, and production incident management.
