At Persistent Systems, I build scalable backend services for quote processing using Node.js, TypeScript, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, and DynamoDB.

I designed an event-driven quote pipeline that acknowledges requests in sub-seconds while carrier processing runs asynchronously for 60–90 seconds. I also integrated 15+ third-party carrier APIs through a reusable ACORD XML, JSON, and GraphQL transformation layer.

I improve platform performance and reliability through DynamoDB single-table design, distributed token caching, locking, DLQs, KMS encryption, CloudWatch alarms, and Terraform-managed infrastructure. My work reduced wasted Lambda and SQS invocations by 50% per request and improved status-query latency by 20%.

Previously, I built high-traffic REST APIs, Cognito-based machine-to-machine authentication, and a shared DynamoDB access layer for 15+ Lambda services. I also use structured logging, CI/CD, testing, and AI-assisted workflows to make delivery and debugging faster.
