At Saarthee – Actionable Insights, I engineered a Spark/SQL pipeline for a CRM-based lead-scoring initiative, integrating Salesforce lead and opportunity data. I used window-function deduplication and regex-based validation to remove duplicate and invalid records, then automated delivery to S3.
I also analyzed lead and opportunity metrics using quartile and normal distribution methods to surface outliers and validate data integrity. To improve reporting, I automated a weekly dashboard refresh with Excel macros, reducing processing time from 7–8 hours to 3–4 hours while adding validity checks.
As an Intern Trainee at Central Coalfields Limited, Ranchi, I analyzed breakdown logs and spare-parts procurement timelines to identify maintenance scheduling inefficiencies. I documented findings, recommended improvements to supervisors, and standardized maintenance documentation.
