What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a data analyst, business analyst, or IT support role where analytical rigour and clear communication both matter. I want to diagnose issues, validate data, and improve requirements and release outcomes through structured testing and documentation.

I’m an Information Systems graduate (Deakin University) and a Data & Systems Analyst focused on turning raw, high-volume data into reliable outcomes. I bring hands-on experience in data integration, SQL validation, and user acceptance testing, supported by several years of customer-facing systems support.

In my IT Intern role with Kerry Logistics, I integrated booking data from CargoWise One into an internal database and drove strong accuracy improvements through daily SQL-to-Excel reconciliation and validation of EDI order lines. I also identified and resolved SQL shipment data errors, maintained synchronization between invoice files and the internal database, and documented structured UAT test cases in Excel to support release sign-off.

In customer-facing systems work, I’ve diagnosed and resolved application issues, administered user records across AWS and ELMO platforms, and gathered user requirements through structured questioning. I translate technical system behavior into plain language for non-technical users, and I’m now seeking a data analyst, business analyst, or IT support role where analytical rigour and clear communication matter.
