Kumarran Mahesh

I am a B.Tech (Honors) student in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science with hands-on experience in computer vision, machine learning, and systems engineering. I build scalable AI pipelines and simulation environments using Python, C++, and Docker.

As a research assistant, I developed automated image-processing pipelines with PyTorch and OpenCV to recover text from degraded multispectral manuscripts and optimized pixel-level feature extraction for high-resolution spectral data.

As an honors researcher, I designed a 3D visualization system to model pollution dispersion, processed large spatial datasets to generate urban planning insights, and benchmarked spatial interpolation algorithms to improve density vector mapping accuracy.

I have delivered robotics simulation and control systems, and high-accuracy crop-yield prediction models. I lead my institute's primary technical club, organizing hackathons and workshops to promote engineering best practices.
