At Community Coffee, I owned support and process improvement for procurement and manufacturing on a long-standing SAP landscape ahead of an S/4HANA conversion. I built and improved EDI integrations with vendors and subcontractors, maintained master data quality, and delivered user training and reporting.
At SavantIS Solutions, I led customer programs across implementation, upgrades, cloud and data migrations, and post-go-live support. For Apple Leisure Group, I served as overall program manager for an S/4 migration consolidating financials across 31 entities, led a data migration team, and implemented a master data management strategy with the customer.
