I developed KYC verification flows for IPPB, Kotak, NSDL, and CSC, and designed OTP/TOTP authentication services. Replacing Cassandra state storage with stateless HMAC tokens reduced authentication latency by approximately 60%.
I also built React.js and TypeScript applications and contributed to merchant dashboards and admin onboarding portals. A centralized notification dashboard using Novu SDK and GCP Pub/Sub reduced manual engineering template updates by approximately 40%.
