At Small Bytes Ltd, I designed and built a healthcare platform’s AI voice-agent scheduler, including call dispatch, SIP-server selection, and safeguards for calling hours. I also built its retrieval and guardrail systems, which screen replies before they’re spoken.
I shipped a commercial Premiere Pro extension that transcribes Polish and English speech on the user’s GPU and turns it into word-timed captions with LLM-generated text effects, entirely offline. Previously, at Babblevoice, I developed SIP call control for a cloud PBX used by UK GP surgeries and introduced OpenAI function calling as the foundation for AI voice agents.
