I’m a dedicated software developer with 5.5+ years of experience building, enhancing, and maintaining Order Management Systems using IBM Sterling, Java, and AngularJS. I focus on improving reliability, performance, and day-to-day usability for retail operations that depend on fast, accurate order flows.

In my current role as a Senior Application Developer at IBM Noida, I led an upgrade of an IBM next-gen Call Center integrated with Sterling OMS, coordinating end-to-end execution and deployment to improve scalability. I also upgraded the legacy Store application to the IBM Next-Gen Store, and I optimized the store interface by reducing out-of-the-box screen loading time by 80% to deliver a noticeably better user experience.

I’ve also driven modernization in prior roles by building and maintaining OMS capabilities for a global retailer using IBM Sterling, including a data migration module for historical data transfer and customization of next-gen call center screens. Across projects, I’ve partnered with DevOps to implement automated CI/CD pipelines, helped close customization gaps between legacy and next-gen components, contributed fraud-protection integration via Signifyd, and supported Inventory Visibility migration from V1 to V2 to strengthen system capability and reliability.
