I'm currently supporting loan disbursement at Hinduja Leyland Finance, handling TW, CV, CE, and other products while adhering to credit norms and policies. I coordinate file dispatches, PDD updates, NOC processes, collection updates, and backend and RSP support.

Previously at Tata Capital Motors Finance, I managed branch operations across post-sanction, pre-disbursement, and post-disbursement activities. I worked in SAP, maintained loan documents in DMS, managed cash and cheque processes, and supported MIS and data management for customers, dealers, and channel partners.

At Berar Finance, I handled operations, GST, credit, and KYC activities, including credit appraisal notes, customer verification, CIBIL/TransUnion checks, disbursements, loan closures, NACH, and PDC processes.

I'm detail-oriented and customer-focused, with experience resolving branch queries, maintaining accurate records, and using Excel, E-Banker, Nucleus, Tally ERP.9, and SAP to support reliable finance operations.
