What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and lead production automation and AI chatbot solutions, combining architecture, development, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring.

I've spent 12 years building end-to-end automation solutions, from architecture and infrastructure setup through production deployment and support.

At ECTIVE Automation, I delivered Python and RPA automations for employee registration, carrier-file imports, internal processes, and SharePoint document workflows. I also mentored developers, led code reviews, created guidelines, and worked directly with stakeholders through demos, consulting, and support.

As Chatbot Lead Designer, I led delivery of web-scraping systems connected to AI assistants, Teams meeting-notes chatbots, and customer service, legal support, and supply-chain compliance chatbots. My work spans Python, Node.js, Azure, OpenAI, LLMs, Cognigy, APIs, databases, Docker, and web technologies.

Earlier, at TEAM International, I developed scalable web-portal scraping systems and web applications with complex recruitment-industry business logic. I bring hands-on experience across Python, Selenium, UiPath, databases, API integrations, Azure, Jenkins, and production automation.
