What I'm looking for

I seek a hands-on role building conversational AI products where I can apply NLU, voice and RAG expertise, mentor teammates, and drive POCs in an agile, product-focused team.

I am an AI Dialog Designer with hands-on experience building chat and voice agents, focusing on NLU, RAG, and conversational flow design. I have developed multi-functional bot flows, voice IVR solutions, and integrated bots with CRMs and chat platforms via REST APIs.

Over three years I worked with no-code chatbot platforms and tools like Make/Zapier, and I have one year specifically creating voice-based agents including avatars, ASR and TTS pipelines. I contributed to demo and POC creation, vendor validation, and quality assurance of colleagues' bots.

In my recent role as Lead RPA / ConvAI Developer I added system analysis, business analysis, pre-sales support, and product support responsibilities—working with Messengers API, SSO flows, payments, and vendor evaluation. I have also mentored team members and supported L2 operations.

I combine practical engineering with product-facing skills and agile familiarity to deliver conversational solutions that are robust, well-documented, and aligned to client needs. I communicate in English (B2), Ukrainian/Russian (C1), and basic German (A1).
