At the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), I design complete learning packages for government-wide programs, from Training Needs Analysis to Facilitator's Guides. My work translates complex public financial management and governance content into learner-centered programs.
For the PFMCP – LGU Track (Budgeting and Performance Track), I led the full training needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, and headed the team that digitalized the track, including the digital classroom build and pilot testing.
I also designed the Effective Collaboration Course content and digital interactivity from scratch, and developed the national roll-out Facilitator's Guide for the Budget and Treasury Management System of the Government. I work with Moodle and AI-assisted tools including Claude Cowork, Claude Chat, and Microsoft Copilot.
