I seek roles leading agile and DevOps transformations where I can coach teams and leaders, implement enterprise agility, and build sustainable product organizations.

I am an experienced Agile Coach who helps software and business teams adopt product thinking, DevOps practices and continuous improvement. I have led large-scale transformations across defense, telecom and energy, implementing SAFe, LeSS and other enterprise agility frameworks to create stable, high-performing development teams.

My approach combines individual and team coaching (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, PSK I, CSM) with multi-team collaboration and scaling practices (ICP-ENT, SAFe SPC 5.0, Certified LeSS practitioner). I have a proven record delivering visibility, streamlined governance, and sustainable financing models for product streams.
