What I'm looking for
I am dedicated and hard working, and I am certified in housekeeping. I keep facilities well maintained, clean, sanitized, and safe by completing sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing rooms and main areas.
At Monument Health, my duties included ensuring the facility was organized and well kept. I also built strong human communication by having conversations with residents, passing along comments and concerns to the correct departments, and maintaining a courteous demeanor.
Before that, I worked as a housekeeper at West Liberty Foods, where I cleaned up meat that fell on the ground, disposed of contaminated meats, unclogged drains, and kept areas clutter free and safe. I’m a fast learner with strong organizational skills and I consider myself a creative problem solver.
I also bring front-desk and sales experience as an Apartment Lessor/Receptionist and Time share consultant. I greeted residents and guests, answered questions about availability and lease terms, scheduled and conducted apartment tours, processed rental applications, maintained filing systems and office records, and helped families “turn curiosity into excitement” through engaging presentations and virtual tours.
