I've provided individual, group, and family therapy at Community Solutions, supporting clients through mental health assessments, ANSA, CANS, treatment planning, and care coordination.
My clinical approach draws on narrative therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, positive psychology, and trauma-informed care. I prioritize culturally responsive support, empathetic communication, confidentiality, and ethical practice.
As a Rehabilitation Counselor at Community Solutions, I help clients build functional skills, identify resources, and gain greater independence. I use de-escalation and empathy to create a safe space for growth while collaborating with team members, management, and third parties.
Earlier, I spent nearly a decade at iD Tech translating user needs into software requirements, coordinating testing cycles, documenting systems, and improving processes. That experience strengthened my documentation, collaboration, research, and systems-thinking skills.
