What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply product analytics to investment funds—driving pricing and disclosure decisions with strong data briefs, cross-functional delivery, and a customer-first approach while maintaining regulatory compliance and conduct risk.

I’m a Product Analyst in investment funds, working in a broad product management role supporting PIE‑structured investment products. I contribute to product decisions across pricing, disclosures, communications, and product changes, using analysis to assess revenue impact, relative return rankings, competitors, and growth.

I also translate customer insights into action—producing data briefs for defined customer segments and developing customer and adviser collateral for new distribution channels. I focus on customer experience and clear messaging that aligns adviser needs with higher‑value customer expectations.

Across the business, I partner closely with Digital, legal, compliance, operations, and external administrators to implement product and process changes with minimal customer disruption. I’ve acted as the single contact point for the Significant Financial Hardship application process, owning process design, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder prioritisation based on customer impact, conduct risk, and delivery constraints.
