What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced office or customer-facing role where I can own scheduling, customer relations, and daily organization, while using my social media/graphic design skills to support promotions and smooth operations.

I’m a detail-oriented administrative and customer service professional who’s supported both automotive service shops and restaurant operations. I bring strong scheduling, office organization, and customer-focused communication to every shift.

From 2023–Present as an Office Assistant/Receptionist, I manage incoming phone calls, schedule service appointments, and keep invoices, work orders, and customer records organized. I also order automotive parts, maintain shop supply inventory, create promotional social media graphics and advertisements, and handle customer check-in/check-out and payment processing.

Earlier, from 2016–2023 as an Operations Assistant for CaribbeanVibes Restaurant, I supported daily restaurant operations and customer service by answering phones and processing food orders. I designed menus and QR codes for ordering systems, maintained food and supply inventory, and assisted kitchen staff with preparation tasks.

Before that, I worked as a Food Service Associate at Six Flags Great Adventure (2008–2010), operating a register and assisting guests in a high-volume environment while preparing food and maintaining cleanliness. I’m self-taught in graphic design for menus, flyers, and marketing materials, and I apply that blend of organization and promotion experience to help small businesses grow.
