What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Customer Service Representative role where I can apply my public-service experience, clear communication, sound judgment, confidentiality, and ability to resolve complex, time-sensitive issues professionally.

At Burnet County, I conduct high-volume magistration hearings, review probable cause information, determine bonds, issue protective and mental health orders, and keep court procedures compliant with Texas law.

Previously, I supervised the County Jail Booking Department, trained staff, coordinated inmate processing and releases, and improved communication among courts, law enforcement, detention personnel, and county departments.
