I've led QA validation for Universal Sompo General Insurance at iNube Software Solutions, supporting twice-weekly production releases and validating 90–100 change requests annually.
I built a Python, Playwright, and Pytest automation suite for 16 Motor policy flows, cutting production sanity checks from roughly three hours to 1.5 hours. I also validate REST APIs, backend data with SQL, and Quote, Proposal, and Policy API performance with JMeter.
Across insurance and AI-powered annotation platforms, I've designed 1,500+ test scenarios, investigated production defects, and partnered with developers and business teams to improve workflows, releases, and real-world quality.
