At Palpx Technology Private Limited, I architected a multi-agent GenAI platform for OJO, with dedicated agents for CRM, Project Management, HRMS, and Accounts. I also built a RAG-powered chatbot and knowledge search using Pinecone to answer questions from business data.
For OJO, I fine-tuned Gemma with Hugging Face Transformers and PEFT, then applied quantization for on-premise inference. I also designed OpenAI prompt workflows and built Redis-backed queues for background AI jobs.
At Kpi-Tech Services, I developed a production Q&A chatbot for finance documents using Azure Cognitive Services, embeddings, and RAG. I also worked on REST APIs and data models for Fortified Central Command, and Flask APIs for an HRMS platform.
