At SMPYI, I built an AI-powered RAG chatbot using FastAPI, LangChain, Ollama, Chroma, and HuggingFace Embeddings. I implemented document retrieval and vector search to provide context-aware answers, then integrated the AI backend with a Next.js frontend.
I also built ParcelPilot AI, a shipment support agent with LangGraph-based workflows, controlled backend tools, and RAG for policies and customer agreements. I added guardrails and account-scoped access control, evaluated response and retrieval quality, and deployed the frontend on Vercel and backend on Render.
