Kosi Williams

I’m a Product Designer with over five years of experience designing web and mobile products across fintech, SaaS, ERP, e-commerce, logistics, and enterprise platforms.

I enjoy working on products that solve real problems, particularly when the processes behind them are complex. My focus is on understanding how people work, identifying where they struggle, and designing experiences that make their tasks simpler and more intuitive.

Over the years, I’ve worked on products involving enterprise onboarding, payments, card issuance, tax management, e-invoicing, vendor management, logistics, and AI-enabled conversational experiences.

Some of my work includes designing a merchant–buyer e-invoicing experience aligned with Nigeria’s FIRS requirements, including IRN and QR compliance; contributing to a tax management platform that onboarded over 100,000 users; and designing an AI-enabled delivery ecosystem covering rider applications, vendor dashboards, and WhatsApp-based ordering.

My experience covers the full product design process, from user research and problem definition to user flows, wireframes, prototyping, high-fidelity interfaces, design systems, usability testing, and developer handoff. I work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.

I’m particularly interested in AI-enabled products, enterprise SaaS, and complex digital platforms where thoughtful design can improve usability, build trust, and make technology easier to understand.
